This is for those of you who might just have come to the realisation that the way you are living isn’t enabling you to be your best self. That there’s more to you and more to get out of the world you inhabit. Humans are the most technically advanced species on the planet, yet most of us are far from functioning at our best. We have come to accept stress, chronic fatigue, anxiety, insomnia, addiction and illness as ‘normal’ parts of modern life. But it doesn’t have to be that way.
“I’ve been there, I know it feels rubbish and I also know that you absolutely do not need to exist in a perpetual state of ‘making-do’. I want to help you see that you are one powerful human being and you have everything you need within you to change your current state of mind and start to thrive NOT just survive.” - Tony Riddle
Join us for 6 x weekly movement, breathwork and lifestyle live classes, led by Tony Riddle, and a small collective of expert facilitators to make positive steps to a new, healthier, more natural way of life.
We may no longer be living in caves, but our inner wild human is still there - and it has needs.
Tony Riddle is a natural lifestyle coach, father, husband, best-selling author of ‘Be More Human’ and record-breaking barefoot endurance athlete.
Tony’s life’s work has been to identify the needs of ‘wild humans’. Drawing on research and literature across the worlds of western and eastern science and spirituality, as well as his own expertise in disciplines ranging from pilates to natural movement to breathwork and cold water immersion therapy. Observing and learning from indigenous cultures and ancestral behaviours. Studying how humans were intended to behave in nature – and the things we all require to live optimal lives.
The result is the Natural Lifestyle Philosophy: retraining ourselves to reconnect with some of our natural, ‘wild’ human behaviours, in ways that harmonise with modern life.
